Washington, D.C., June 2015 – The US Census Bureau (USCB) has awarded the Enterprise Solution Framework (ESF) for Information Technology (IT) Business Support Services contract to Optimal Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (OST). Under this contract – worth up to $241 million – OST will support ESF business needs in multiple offices and programs throughout the USCB, including in the following areas: general program and project management, acquisition, IT strategic planning, IT investment management, baseline management, schedule management, quality management, governance, risk management, training, business analysis, technical writing, program and project lifecycle, Agile development and Scrum support, and specialized business support
OST’s team will partner with the USCB to enable the agency to reach its goal of ensuring that business processes follow uniform practices and standardized governance procedures across the enterprise. The ESF will be used on major USCB efforts, such as the 2020 Decennial Census, as well as any other business purposes identified throughout the USCB as a whole.
