401(k) Plan

Employee pre-tax contribution up to IRS statutory ceiling. Employer matching (50% up to 6% of base salary) begins on the one year employment anniversary. A financial advisor is also available to all participating employees.

Disability Insurance

Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance

Employees are provided LTD insurance at no cost. Benefits amount to 60% of monthly salary (up to $5,000 per month) after 90 days of disability.

Short-Term Disability (STD) Insurance

Employees are provided STD insurance at no cost. Benefits amount to 60% of the weekly salary (up to $1,500 per week for 13 weeks). STD is payable from the day of injury or after 7 days of illness.

Employee Assistance Program

OST provides a confidential program for employees to work with experienced counseling professionals for help with legal, survivor, stress management and similar challenges associated with daily life.

Pre-tax deductions for healthcare and dependent care.

Health and Dental Insurance

Health Insurance

Monthly employee costs are deducted on a pre-tax basis. Employees and dependents are eligible for comprehensive medical and dental plans. OST pays the majority of the employee's insurance cost and provides a provision to add a spouse and/or dependents (employees are responsible for additional premiums).

Dental Insurance

Dental coverage is offered at very favorable rates through our medical carrier CareFirst. Employees can choose from two different dental plans to fit their needs.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)

Employees are provided life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost.

Life Learning

OST offers a number of company paid education and training opportunities. This includes comprehensive company paid CMMI training, full tuition reimbursement for approved, job-related courses up to a maximum of three courses per year, not to exceed in-state tuition, and additional training is available to enable staff to enhance their knowledge and advance their career paths.

Paid Time Off (Annual)

  • Holidays
    • 10 days (same as Federal holidays) including two floating holidays.
  • Vacation
    • 10 days to 15 days based on years of service with the company.
  • Sick
    • Up to 5 days.

Professional Memberships

OST participates in over 7 professional forums. Employees are encouraged to participate in these Associations to broaden their knowledgebase. Additional Professional Memberships are available on a case-by-case basis.

Public Transit Benefit

Employees at locations convenient to public transit options can elect to have their commuting costs at pre-tax rates, up to IRS allowable limits.
