OST, Inc, a growing and dynamic consulting company is looking for a Trainer/Application Specialist to add to its team. The primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain course curriculums and provide On-site and over the web training to our client base nationwide of a complex web-based application.  The position will also provide application knowledge support to both external users and internal team members.

Requirements

• An associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years, 3 of which must be in web-based enterprise application training.
• Experience in in-class and over the web training
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Excellent working knowledge of web-based enterprise software technology
• High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Experience in e-learning content development
• Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time
  

Preferable to have some of the following

• Camtasia, Captivate, Dreamweaver or Flash development experience
• Microsoft Office certifications
• Training Certifications
  

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver training to clients both on-site and via the web.
• Develop and maintain course material
• Develop and maintain User Guides for the application
• Identify external and internal training requirements and develop training strategy
• Provide support to clients and team members on application and business rules
• Provide assistance in Service Desk operation
• Suggests and implement solutions to improve operations process
• Document and maintain training process guide
• Maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate development of user manuals, knowledge bases, and FAQs
