OST, Inc, a growing and dynamic consulting company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with in-depth experience working with personal property, real property and / or fixed asset management systems. The primary responsibility would include analyzing enterprise business processes, identifying systemic issues and recommending solutions to eliminating these by optiming the process and/or changing enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years working analyzing financial systems relating to fixed assets and capitalization
• 3+ years experience with personal property management
• Developing Business Process Maps, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, or UML
• ** Strong oral and written communication skills **
• ** Strong customer relationship management skills **
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Preferable to have some of the following

• Oracle Financials Fixed Asset Module Experience
• FAA Experience and NAS or Asset Management Domain Knowledge
• CMMI L3 / L5 Knowledge
• Experience using Requirements Development and Management tools such as CaliberRM or similar (RequisitePro, Doors, SerenaRM)

Responsibilities include:

• Establish stakeholder involvement strategies
• Facilitate stakeholders meetings
• Elicit requirements through stakeholder meetings
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Establish As-Is and To-Be Business Process Maps
• Document Gap Analysis Report
• Document Business and System Requirements Documents
• Assist in the development of business case document or presentations
• Document Requirements Development and Management Plan
• Collect requirements metrics and perform requirements metrics analysis (e.g. requirement stability index)
• Establish and maintain requirements traceability matrixes
• Lead / facilitate document peer reviews
• Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategy
• Manage and mentor other butiness / systems analyst
• Assist in execution of CMMi Level 3process areas for continuous improvement
• Be able to manage multiple concurrent tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is required
