Some Important Notes

OST is located on the 3rd floor in the KPMG building, at the
corner of 20th and M streets.

The main entrance is located on 20th Street.
- 3rd floor is a secure floor. Please remember to bring photo
ID. Once inside, please go to the front-desk and provide meeting details. The
guard will call upstairs and your contact will come down to receive and escort
you to the 3rd floor.
Directions coming from Reagan National Airport
Start going towards Airport Exit on “A” ticketing/check-in arrivals. Continue
to B-C Ticketing/Check in towards Airport Exit/Washington. Take George
Washington Memorial Parkway North then take I-395 North/US-1 North exit towards
Washington. Continue on US-1 North, Continue on 14th St NW. Bear RIGHT on
Thomas Circle NW. Continue on M St NW. Arrive at 2001 M St .

Directions coming from Dulles Airport
Start going towards the Airport Exit on Dulles Airport Access Rd. Continue on
Saarinen Circle towards Terminal, continue on Copilot Way. Turn RIGHT on Cargo
Drive (Cargo Drive becomes Aviation Drive. Turn LEFT to take Dulles Airport
Access Road. Continue on VA-267 East, continue on I-66 East. Take E
Street/(I-66 E) towards Kennedy Center/Whitehurst Freeway. Take Potomac River
Freeway North towards Kennedy Center/Whitehurst Freeway. Take the L St NW exit
towards Whitehurst Freeway, continue on L St NW. Take a LEFT on 20th St NW and
then take another LEFT on M St NW.

Directions coming from Baltimore Airport
Start going towards the Airport Exit on Metropolitan Blvd/Return to Terminal,
Metropolitan Blvd/Return to Terminal becomes Return to Terminal. Continue on
Departures towards Check-In/Daily Parking/Terminal/Ticketing, turn RIGHT on
Airport Exit. Continue on Metropolitan Blvd. Continue on I-195 West. Take the
Baltimore/Washington Pkwy/MD-295 South exit towards Washington, exit #2B. Take
the US-50 West exit towards Washington. Continue on US-1-ALT South/US-50 West ,
continue on US-50 West to New York Ave NW, bear RIGHT on Mt Vernon PL NW,
Continue on Massachusetts Ave NW, turn RIGHT on Thomas Circle NW, continue on M
St NW.

Take MD-4 North/Washington. Continue on Pennsylvania Ave SE, continue on John
Philip Sousa BRG/Pennsylvania SE. Take I-295 North, take the I-395 North/D
Street NW/New York Ave exit. Then take the Massachusetts Ave exit. Continue
on 2nd Street NW. Turn LEFT on Massachusetts Ave, turn RIGHT on 7th St NW, turn
LEFT on Mt Vernon PL NW, Continue on Massachusetts Ave NW. Turn RIGHT on
Thomas Circle NW, Continue on M St NW, Arrive at 2001 M St NW.

Metro Directions
Take the Red Line to Dupont Circle and take the Dupont Circle South exit. Walk
south (straight ahead) for approximately 1 block and turn right on N St NW.
Walk 1 block and turn left on 20th St NW. Walk approximately one block to the
building entrance.
