Some Important Notes
- OST is located on the 3rd floor in the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) Building
- Once inside the lobby you will need to show a picture ID and sign in with the security guard. The guard will call upstairs and your contact will come down to receive and escort you to the 3rd floor
- The parking garage is underneath the three Ballston Plaza office buildings. You can enter from the rear of 1110 (the CEC building), from the right rear of 1010, or the left rear of 1100. Look for the elevators for the office building at 1110 North Glebe Road. Parking is $9.00 per day. To pay by method other than credit card, exit via the attendant booth at 1100.
Directions coming from Reagan National Airport
Start going north toward Aviation Circle/Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Access Road. Continue straight onto Aviation Circle/Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Access Road. Take the ramp onto George Washington Memorial Parkway. Take the I-395 S exit toward Richmond. Take exit 10A on the left toward Boundary Channel/N Pentagon Parking. Merge onto I-395 S. Take exit 7 for VA-120. Turn right at S Glebe Road/VA-120 N. Turn left toward N Glebe Road. Make a U-turn. Turn right at N Glebe Road, the building will be on the right.

Directions coming from Baltimore Airport
Head east on Elm Road toward Gov Harry R Hughes/Gov Harry R Hughes Drive. Continue onto Elm Drive. Continue onto I-195 W. Take exit 2B for MD-295 S/Baltimore/Washington Parkway toward Washington. Merge onto MD-295 S. Take the exit onto New York Avenue NE/US-50 W toward Washington, entering into the District of Columbia. Turn left at 6th Street NW. Metro Directions
Take the Orange Line train and get off at the Ballston-MU station. When you exit the station, go left on Fairfax Drive (headed west) until you reach North Glebe Road (third light). Cross the intersection of North Glebe Road, turn right, and walk one block north on Glebe Road to the next traffic light (11th Street North). You will see the CEC building straight ahead.
Free Shuttle from Ballston Metro
You can also catch a free shuttle bus across the street from the Metro station or the Hilton Arlington hotel. Cross Fairfax Drive to the Hunan Gate Chinese restaurant on the corner, near the 7-11 store. Look for a 24-passenger bus called “International Limousine” (blue and white color). Make sure the driver sees you. This shuttle runs all day and stops every 10 to 15 minutes at this location and will take you directly to the front door of our building. Here are the schedules (if you want to take the shuttle back to the Metro or hotel):
- Morning: 7:05am, 7:20am, 7:35am, etc., until 10:55am (leaving from the Hunan Gate restaurant)
- Mid-day: The shuttle stops at the Ballston Shopping Mall between drops-offs to and pick-ups from the Metro station.
- Evening: 5:00pm, 5:15pm, 5:30pm, etc., until 6:50pm (leaving the CEC building).
