Our recent graduate program provides young professionals the opportunity to work with and learn from real-world problems and mission-centric issues. Spanning up to six months, the program puts recruits directly into high-performing teams and customer situations, enabling you to apply coursework to real-world challenges. Opportunities offered by the program include the ability to work on complex problems or operation/strategic issues, receive mentorship from OST employees, and become eligible for full-time employment upon successful program completion.
