OST is committed to accessibility and believes in eliminating barriers in information technology. In 1998 the United States Congress amended the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 to require all Federal agencies to make their information technology accessible to all people, especially those with disabilities. This amendment is called Section 508. OST has voluntarily developed this homepage to abide by Section 508, and complies by Federal law when developing solutions for our clients to ensure accessibility.
