OST Supports HUD with Management Services August 2004 - OST was chosen by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide on-site management consulting services for 12 months to help them implement an Integrated Financial Management Improvement Project (HIFMIP)—a multiyear project that will replace HUD's current financial systems with an integrated core financial management solution.

	GSA STARS Win May 2004 - OST was chosen by GSA as one of the winners of a Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) contract. The 8(a) GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. It is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing technology solutions for the federal government.
	OST implements an SAP Financial Management System May 2004 - OST participated on a team that was selected to implement a SAP financial management system for a major federal department. The very large, multiyear, multi-million dollar contract will modernize the federal agency's business systems.

OST Provides Management Consulting Services to the USGS February 2004 - OST has been contracted to provide the United States Geological Service (USGS) management consulting support in a variety of areas to ensure its Web site provides accurate and far-reaching information. The OST effort encompassed advising on the corporate infrastructure, best practices, and tools needed to focus the USGS Web presence on customer, business, and science needs and to ensure that USGS Web sites are reliable, secure, and in compliance with all applicable laws, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requirements, and Department of the Interior (DOI) policy for content management and Web usability.
